Shipping policy

All our orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the following Monday.

After an order has been placed, it takes 4-8 business days for our products to reach our customers. Once the order is received by our carrier partner, customers will be provided with their package tracking information unless they choose the local delivery option in the Greater Toronto Area in which case we try to deliver the product within 3 business days. 

If the shipping address entered in the order is incorrect, please send the correct address to hi@diathebrand.com. Please note, that once the order has been received by the carrier, the address cannot be changed.
